International Network — Andong meets the world

Andong ↔ Samarkand connects East and Central Asia

2026 World Heritage Festival Andong is a historical and cultural festival connecting East and Central Asia. Interacting with the World Heritage City of Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and the Chinese World Heritage Village Typeface (Hongchun and Sidi) on the Silk Road, we will hold an international conference on October 13 at the Byeongsan Seomyeon to discuss the sustainable value creation strategy of the World Heritage Site. Hahoe Village has a relationship with a conservation management experience while traveling to and from Hongchun and Sidi Chun villages in China while preparing for the World Heritage List. That exchange continued for 20 years, becoming today's international network.
